Our Story
How jilib b Came to Be
jilib b started with a straightforward observation: Filipino players were being underserved. The online gaming options available in the Philippine market were either built for international audiences with awkward localization bolted on afterward, or they were narrow single-category platforms that forced players to juggle multiple accounts across multiple sites just to access different games. Neither option was good enough.
The founders of jilib b — a team with backgrounds spanning gaming technology, Philippine fintech, and player experience design — decided to build something different. Not another internationalized platform reskinned for the Philippine market, but an online casino platform that was Philippine-first from the very beginning. That meant designing around GCash and Maya before any other payment method. It meant partnering with JILI Gaming — the slot studio that Filipino players already preferred — as the primary content anchor. It meant building the mobile experience for mid-range Android devices on LTE, because that's what most Filipinos actually use, not flagship phones on fiber.
The platform launched with a focused game catalog — JILI slots, a live baccarat room, and a sportsbook covering PBA and NBA — and grew from there based on what players actually used. Bingo was added after consistent player requests from Cebu and Davao communities. PG Soft and Pragmatic Play joined the slot lineup as demand for those studios' titles grew. The fishing game category was expanded when data showed Filipino players spending disproportionately high session time in that vertical compared to other markets.
Today, jilib b offers over 500 games across six categories, supported by eight certified game providers, with a payments system that covers GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The platform serves players from Metro Manila down to provincial areas, with support available in Filipino-English 24 hours a day. But the founding principle hasn't changed: jilib b is built specifically for Filipino players, and every decision we make reflects that.
